A Chinese colleague with the following mail "subp@microsate.comé inform me that they create an account on Redmine.
However I can't find her to give the right acces to projects. Her name is SU Binpin.
Please could you help:
- inform me if you can find this request account.
- other usefull information to success to find what is the blocking point

I have the same problem for another user:
name " JOLIVET Laurent"
login "jolivetl"
mail "laurent.jolivet@cnes.fr"
Please let me knwon what is the issue or how we have to do.
