It would be convenient for our project (SVOM) if the "sending reminders emails” would be activated in order to remind colleagues of the issues that have been assigned to them. In the help pages one finds under

the instructions how to do this:
rake redmine:send_reminders days=7 RAILS_ENV="production"
(in this case for sending a reminder every 7 days). It is not clear to me though whether this has to be done by the Redmine administrator at CC-IN2P3 or whether there is a way to do this through the SVOM Redmine page.
How does this work?
